In December 2012 WebSilicon was acquired by Magal S3, a leading international provider of security, safety and site management solutions and products, with over 42 years of experience in developing a unique set of cutting-edge products for perimeter security applications. This long and rich history includes designing and implementing solutions tailored to fit sensitive sites in the most environments in the world.

WebSilicon under the new brand name CyberSeal has become the Cyber Security arm of Magal S3 group and broadened its offering to comprehensive cyber-security suit for critical sites which interface with the physical security system in the site.
